I have recently applied for hte passport and I happened to visit PSK , Lower parel.The new system is just awesome and time saving.People said to me that they’l make me run a number of times but the only problem is that they had not mentioned on the site e details of the documents like the name of applicant is a must on electricity or telephone bill.so one has to carry all documents he has.
A little rush is experienced for getting token but since india is highly populated , the effort is highly appreciated.I really liked it. Also, The workers are very friendly.The system avoids the requirement of an agent.
