The experience at the PSK, Lower Parel proved that animals (even criminals) are treated better than bonafide citizens of this country. The staff was clueless, there was chaos everywhere, 10 lines existed for 4 counters and the staff response, don’t even get me started. The women staff at the counter seemed to busy to flirt with the male respondents to attend to the burgeoning crowd at the doors.
After waiting for 45 minutes when my turn happened, the attendant decided that where I was standing was not a line. I told her that she attended 10 other people before me and when I reached the line disappeared. after I made a noise, a male attendant approached me and tried to help me to no avail. they had no idea about my case which was a change in address for a reissue. they scanned my bar code (probably they get paid for it) wrote ’token refused’ on my form and asked me to go through the whole process again.
