We are usinge Patanjali Aarogya Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil from more than one year. This is a pure mustard oil as the smell of pure mustared oil is coming from it when we use it.It is a tastey option when preparing bengoli foods like ilish bhapa, chingri malai curry etc.As it is pure and it does not contain palm oil and other harmful chemicals, obviously it is a healthy option also.We can use this oil in the dishes which contain raw oil like jhalmuri, posto bata etc easily as it does not have any bad smell. I think this mustared oil is good and healthy for our day to day food.
