I have been using this proudct for 3 years and not for only face but for hair sculp treatment too yes u can use this product for hair treatment .dont expect magic from this, it will not make u fair or clear yet it can help to manage ur ph balance.i would suggest to go for aloevera leaf gel which is more pure and free if u have that in ur garden.
