It is very easy to apply over, this product comes in a black base, transparent cap twist up bullet packaging. The cap shuts with a click, making it very travel friendly, it smells so good, so pure, mild, and herbal. It smells and feel like authentic kajal. The texture is smooth.while applying on the waterline, it feels very smooth and about 3 steokes give a nice subtle look to the eyes.
