This product was the worst product made by patanjali. I used this product for about a month, I didnt like this product and switched to other product.
I felt stomach ache after consuming it.
And my bowls got worst.
Advantages : -
1) Lot of nutrients in it
2) cheap
Disadvantages: -
1) Constipation
2) Expiry date very short
3) Short shelf life
4) Bad smell
5) Bad taste
6) No more flavour varients.
7) poor packing
8) Poor customer care service
Overall: -
I dont recommend this product to everyone if you are tight on a budget buy it but dont recommend if you can buy good quality and high quality product.
