Patanjali desi ghee is a very high quality product, you can trust on the quality of this ghee.
The fragrance of this ghee is same like your home made ghee, it increases taste of my food. I have tried many brands like Nova, Verka, Vita and Gokul etc. etc. but this one is the Best.
Although there are allegations that its not pure cow ghee, the milk which is used to make this ghee is mixed with buffolo milk, but I don’t have any problem, atleast they are not mixing animal fats in it.
But still there are few problems related to the packing, the 5 litre packing is very difficult to handle, everytime when pouring to some other container it spills. I request to Patanjali to change the 5 Litre packing.
