Over the years we have tried many different brands of ghee ranging from Nova ghee to Govardhan ghee, Amul ghee etc. We saw the Babajis Patanjali Ghee advertisement on the TV and decided of trying it out. The first time we opened the packet container there was this peculiar cow ghee SMELL and the COLOUR was yellow like you expect a cow ghee to be.
After tasting it my MOM was sure that this ghee is not a pure cow ghee but has ADDED FLAVOURS in it to make it LOOK and TASTE like the cow ghee.
Now we were not so sure as the tatse was good and better than many other brands but when it comes to things like these my MOM is generally right. and after a few days the ghee started LOOSING ITs AROMA which an original ghee wont so we decided to never buy the patanjali ghee again
I know some may say that its cheaper and Babaji is a trusted name but as far as the quality goes we were not satisfied.
There are better Brands in the market which have been selling quality products from many years now like AMUL which cow we are using nowadays and believe me it is much better as it does not seem artificially filled with aroma and chemicals to sell it on the name of Pure Cow Ghee.
