I have been using it for one month for tempering dals , making halwa , laddu , greasing my roti and so many things .
It is also good for deep frying.
It has good smell . this ghee is yellow in colour . As per Ayurveda it is quite beneficial for controlling vata dosa .But on the other hand it contain transfats and cholesterol. I think there is no negative point because it is an integral part of any ghee. This is totally looks like a homemade ghee , very tasty and healthy .
