purchased a packet of Patanjali Cow Milk 500 ml for 20 rupees. When I started to boil the milk it became coagulated or say Dudh faat gya or split.
When I contacted the company on their toll-free number their customers care executive told me that the milk has expired but it has date 23rd March and it was written on the packet back side that "used by date "means we can use on 23rd March but their customer care executive told me that the milk is to be used by 22 March and the date which they have mentioned is the date before which customer should use, means use by 22 March but the company have no where written that the milk should be you a day before the date printed on the packet .
They are cheating the people basically and it is matter of the health of public as everyone is using it thinking that the date mentioned on the packet is the date by which we can use but In reality the public is drinking expired milk
How can common people will came to know that the day which is mentioned on the packet is the date of expiry when the company on the Packet itself writes that "use by date
