Friends I love to take tea 3 to 4 time daily . I was suffering from payaria for long time. My teeth bleeding contineuoslty. I tried two or three variety of toothpaste( I am not disclosing brand here) .
Doctor said you should brush twice in a day. I really ask to you all how many do brush twice. Answer is not many.
