Hello everyone, I bought Patanjali Kesh Kanti Shikakai hair cleanser from the nearest Patanjali store a week ago and I am highly disappointed after using this shampoo. Patanjali is a highly recognized brand that’s why I bought this product hoping that it would solve my hair problems but instead of solving my problems, it increased them. I had to wash my hair 3-4 times with this shampoo for cleaning my hair whereas other company’s shampoo does the same work in just 1 wash. There are lots of side effects after using this product for example after washing my hair with this shampoo my hair became very rough and it was really hard for me to comb that kind of hair in my regular style. I have to apply conditioner in my hairs for removing the roughness from my hair but after several usages of conditioners, my hairs couldn’t become soft as it was earlier. The fragrance of this shampoo is also very bad, my hairs were literally stinking and everyone was not even sitting besides me and I was feeling very ashamed in my own home. Due to this stinking fragrance, I could not go anywhere out of my house for 2 days. It generally happens with all the ayurvedic products so I overlooked this drawback of the shampoo, but unlike other ayurvedic products, this is not effective at all instead it has many side effects on consumers. It is cheaper but what’s the benefit of buying this product if it damages your hair, so I would suggest everybody not to use this product as it has severe side effects and is completely a waste of your money
