I’m using patanjali oats over 5months.it source of iron high fiber and high protein.its test so good and easy to make.u can take 35g or half cup of oat in a cooking pan and pour one glass of milk into the pan u can add suger o honey to taste then boil for approximately 3to4 minutes on a medium flame.in every 100g of oats u have 12g protein and 70g of carbohydrate.make sure to store away from direct heat or sunlight.once open, store in a cool and dry place.do not purchase if the pack is found tampered.eat it on brackfirst.and its help you to lose fat.I lost 5kg fat in 5weeks.it is very good for health.I love this product.
