Hello friends today I’m going to share my review about patanjali oats. So first start with pros -




  • as it is unflavoured, it doesn’t contain any kind of harmful preservatives in it. It is pure oats.




  • use it with milk and sugar, it tastes really good




  • you get ready to eat healthy food in just 3-5 minutes, so it’s very good for people who has less time for cooking




  • budget friendly, it is very cost effective in just 35rupees you can make oats 4-5 times so it’s 7rupees per meal which is really a cheap price.




  • It has high fiber, protein, carbohydrate, omega-3 and many healthy ingredients, useful for our body.




  • many health benefits such as lowers cholesterol, makes heart healthy, prevents and treats diabetes, helpful in weight loss, immunity booster, prevents cancer and so many healthy benefits.






So now comes the cons -




  • It doesn’t have any cons.




Using it since six months and I feel really energetic after consuming it.
