My family is moving to chandigarh. I had household items to be shifted from Mumbai to Chandigarh. There were no electronics. We had basic kitchen utensils and household items and some glassware.
To begin with, on the day of packing they came an hour and half late. They didn’t give a call intimidating us about their delay. They were a least bit apologetic about their delay. On arriving they said they don’t use bubble wrap since plastic is banned and wrapped all my glassware in news paper.
All the boxes reached Chandigarh. I was shocked to find many glassware broken to pieces. These are glasses I had collected on my trips to Europe and international countries. Many were gifts from friends. When I called them regarding this, they showed no remorse. They very blatantly and arrogantly said "we can’t do anything about it".
Its disgusting and sad how they run their business and have no moral values. Please do not book them. You definitely do not want to begin your new phase of life in your new home on a bad note.
