First of all let me tell you something about this bus operator. This operator is very much functional in Gujarat with connectivity across all the major cities of Gujarat.
I recently traveled from Gandhinagar to Junagadh.
Was the tour operator helpful?
No. why because the bus follows the route of Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad to Junagadh and the place where I stay in Gandhinagar is in between Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad and hence I asked bus operator to tell driver to stop near my Home. But he didn’t agreed and hence I had to travel 10 kms to his office to catch the bus although the bus was going to run from the route I maintained.
Tour Guide Expertise: That particular day there was no entrance to Ahmedabad city till 10 PM and bus started from Gandhinagar at around 9 PM so he traveled although way from different highway to get into the city and it took him 1 hour to do so.
Travel Convenience: The seat condition were pathetic with no proper cleaning done and most importantly didn’t followed the timings. The bus stopped at one of his Ahmedabad office for around 2 hours out of no reason at all.
If nothing at least respect the timings of your departure and arrival.
