Patna university is one of the oldest university of India.It was established in 1917 during the British rule.There was a time when every bihari student wanted to study in patna university. Besides from IIT colleges bihari meritorious students took admission in Patna university.
Science college was the top among all the colleges of patna university. All the scholar student wanted to study in P.U. Today it is the matter of prestige for bihar government. It has no any facilities for student , even it’s library has not necessary book for students
