I ordered flower and cake from the site patnaflorist.com for my parents anniversary on 23rd June. They say they can deliver anywhere in patna.They have written they will deliver it on the same day but not mentioned time.The item which I selected on site was not available. I said them whatever is available you send them. 10 o’ clock at night , my parent got called saying they won’t be able to deliver it today. They can deliver tomorrow morning. My parent said ok deliver next day morning. Again tat 12 o’ clock in the afternoon, my parent got call saying they can’t deliver today also. They can deliver tomorrow that is on 25th June .
What is the point delivering cake and flower after 2 days.We cancelled the delivery.They said you’ll get cancellation call .Today is the 10th day after cancellation and I didn’t receive any call from them. Don’t order anything from this site.
