Recruitment process:
If you want to work as an employee in Patra India BPO then, first thing is that you should have great typing skills and you need to qualify in the typing test and then you have to attend for an aptitude test. After that there will be a technical test on how to operate MS Excel. If you clear all these tests then you need to attend for HR round interview. After qualifying successfully in HR round interview you need to attend for senior managers interview. If you have the basic communication skills and you have all the basics on how to operate a computer then you are qualified to work as a Process executive in Patra India BPO.
Employment benefits:
In the beginning everybody will be paid 8500 rupees salary.
Leaves are provided on every Saturday and Sunday apart from personal leaves.
Provident fund benefits will be provided along with ESH card.
Bonus is provided at different intervals.

TRAINING:
3 months training will be provided by the company which includes lectures as well as management games and communication sessions. During the training period the employees will be pay 7500 rupees salary per month.
WORK CONDITIONS:
Basically you have to work for 8 hours a day.
The difficulty and nature of work varies from one group to another group, there are both easy and difficult processes.
If you have good working capability then there is no work pressure at all.
There are three shifts of working one is the morning shift from 6 a.m. to 2 P.M and another one is from 2 P.M in the afternoon 2: 10 P.M in the night and the final shift begins at 10 o’clock and ends at 6 in the morning.
For those working in night shifts get extra salary.
Cab facility is provided for ladies those who are working in the night shifts.
There is a provision of negative hours, so the employee may need to work either on Sunday or Saturday as extra hours.
CAREER GROWTH:
Well the system of promotion is very slow and it depends only upon your work and experience. The grading system of your work decides your promotion and growth in the organisation. Along with the promotion your responsibilities may grow but the salary may not grow at the rate which you expect. To be frank working in this organisation and gaining experience may not help you to a great extent in your life more over you can just get a job in another BPO company and not in any other field.

The management is very efficient and looks after all the problems of the employees. All the managers are very efficient and experience and they are very good at helping the employees in doing their job. The working conditions were improved a lot by the management only.
