Stock selection is not good. He would like to target multi bagger stocks but most of them have either corporate governance issues or something else.
He is taking too much risk and not keeping any STOP LOSS and not doing any homework about stock and once LOSS become more than 60%-80% - He came and asked to sell more than 5-7 stocks in a day.
For example: Prakash Ind. was making LOWER CIRCUIT and he asked to sell so how one can sell?:-)
His IPO recommendation is also VERY POOR - He had suggested to subscribe for BDL and HAL but same time not for BANDHAN BANK and BDL, HAL made big LOSS and BANDHAN BANK has made big profit.
I think, His temperament is not good. This is my personal experience.
