I had booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to kundapur in paulo travels for my mother and my sister.very poor service and THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE. The cleaner or the conductor was drunk. The bus battery was discharged at 2 0 clock near sakleshpura.
They didn’t even try repairing the bus, they went to sleep later when all the passengers started shouting, they tried igniting the battery but it did not work, they didn’t even bother to call the manager they slept through the whole night without caring about the passengers which consisted of small children and ladies.
When the passengers got up at 6, they were shocked to see that they were in the same place and they started shouting, they told they have taken some measures but it was a big lie, they had not done anything but sleep. when I came to know about this in the morning at 6 when my mother called up, I called the paulo office, that person was being very arrogant and I asked the managers number. when I called the manager, he disconnected the call and later switched off the mobile.
My mom and 6 other ladies got into a private van but they didn’t do anything till now. Just think, there are small children and ladies and the bus was in the remote place and no hotels or rest rooms. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE AND CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTION.PLEASE CONSIDER TAKING ACTION AGAINST PAULO TRAVELS.
