Writing this from the Ashray hotel pickup point at 12:22 past midnight along with 20 passengers for their 11 pm Goa bus. We have kids and elderly people with us. The place is a rickety stall. Bars and drunk people around. Not even a shade. 4-5 chairs.
Thank god it’s not raining. We had called them at 9, 10 and 10:30 pm, told them we have kids, they did not tell us it was late. Same was case with rest of passengers, they were outright rude. Never travel with them if you are with family.
