I have traveled by Paulo Travels from Panaji, Goa to Mumbai. I had booked ticket from Panaji.
The bus was a sleeper coach. Unfortunately I got a window seat on the lower floor. The window was so high that I could barely see outside from my seat. It was like sitting in a container and traveling.
To add to my troubles, the seat was full of bedbugs. The bedbugs literally bit my entire body and I was awake the whole night. The staff was rude and there was no support.
As a word of caution, if you want to travel safe, trouble free and comfortably, avoid Paulo’s Travels. There are many other alternatives available.
