Those who are criticizing Paulo are wrong.! I recently traveled from Pune- Baroda in Volvo MultiAxle seater. The Bus was in a good condition. Though it came from a far destination to Pune, it was on right time. The driver-cleaner were very polite in behaviour. They were even allowing passengers’ request to stop the bus in mid-highway for bathroom and all.
Some nagging passengers kept complaining about too cold temperatures as the AC temp was kept low.
Consequently, they kept changing AC temperatures according to the passengers request.!
It reached Baroda at right time too.
