Amazing service.Had a great experience traveling with it.Left mumbai.9pm and suppose to reach 1230pm but because of its punctuality reached before schedule 930pm.Driver doesn’t even know the stops before mapusa.Driver even doesn’t know the stop but glad at least he knows the bus is going to goa.Called online number...service is great...he politely shouted that online booking kiya to hum log ko que call kiya...and politely hung up.Called him from another number didn’t respond...but busy schedule and getting salary is more important then attending customems for what they have been paid for...i guess there is something less important in their life missing..manners...but its ok...but overall would, give it 5 star for a great experience...because this people dont care what their reviews are...so salute paulo...travels...excellent service....hopefully the owners travel on it....
