Me n my friend booked tickets from Goa to Indore on 2nd of Feb this year. The seat was very untidy with chewinggum all over on the seats. They gave us 27, 28 seat no wich only have single ac blower, rest all the seats have double ac n the best part was that curtain was missing too.
When I complained about this to the conductor, I was shocked about his replies. No one is gonna see you. You have to check about AC in Goa. We can’t do anythng and there was not a single halt between Goa to Pune but I was lucky that there was a group of 12 guys in my bus. So, we together stopped the bus near Pune and started grilling the driver and the conductor. After that, they started cooperating.
Guys, if u want your trip safe, do not ever travel with this shitty paulo travel. It sucks big time.
