The India growth story has ensured that almost every foreign brand is showing at our doorsteps. The Pavers England, the Clarks, the Admirals, the Kelme’s they are all here. You would normally tend to assume that the higher the price of the product the greater would be its quality.
It is with this same anticipation that I bought a pair of Pavers England slippers for a relative. It lasted all of 2 months. Apparently they are all being manufactured in the bylanes of Delhi & UP with no quality checks.
Now I am really apprehensive when it comes to trying new brands.
