I had purchased 2 sandals from Pavers England - Phoenix Mall Mumbai on 22nd July 2017(Bill attached for reference). Invoice number - 177/194

Both these items were on discount but the value of the product was still significant.
The gold sandal developed black spots within 3 weeks of purchase without even using the same even once and the base of other black sandal started peeling off after a week of usage.
As I was travelling abroad, I returned both these products to the same store in Phoenix Mall in January 2018 with a complaint to replace/repair both the products. I was informed by the store manager that I will receive a mail/call as and when the issue is resolved.

Till date I received no information/feedback/replacement for both the sandals.
