I bought a bag from Pavers for Rs.4K. After the warranty is over the denied to service the bag also they never empathized for the condition of the bag. I was ready to pay for the service but they themselves who the manufactures are, unable to service it. Imagine the quality then. What made me get upset was the customer service. They treat you worst and bad Then I had bought a Sandals for Rs.3500 After 2 wears, straps are gone. Imagine when you are at gathering and that happens in spite of a so called well known brand. Gave it for repair. Yes they did it this time. Again after 2 wears the same thing happened. Trust me, I have sandals which I had bought for Rs.1000- never I has instance of tear. This Pavers products are very down to the quality and the customer service are below par and ridiculous. No Durability, No Comfort, Not worth for money.
