My father is a valuable user of ICICI bank and ICICI bank generates payback point when we do payment using its credit card. Yesterday, when my father checks his statement of the previous month, there was 65 point he earned in January and overall he got 1214 point. While surfing a little bit more I came to know that we can even pay for a movie ticket using our payback point at bookmyshow.com(4 point=1 Rs). I booked two tickets of Ghayal using payback point which costs me 904 points. After completion of all the step that includes payment successful, I got a error message. When I checked again my email id whether the payment is done or not, there wasn’t any confirmation message.
I mailed helpdesk of bookmyshow.com regarding the message(as I thought they are the one who plays me) and very soon they mailed me back that they don’t get any payment from my side then I checked payback.in and got to know that they deduct my payback point but doesn’t pay to the bookmyshow.com.
I got the order ID of my transaction provided by payback.in. If, in case they came across to this review, I would like them to give a response.
