There seems to be a serious security issue associated with payback.in site. You will notice- every time the website asking to load only the secured content or all. The site goes into comma if ’only secured’ contents opted for.
Further, they have no system of giving information (by phone or by mail) about the segregated/ cumulative points earned from different sources of a single person’s payback account linking more than one accounts (e.g. ICICI savings, ICICI credit card & Bigbazaar)
I have serious doubts, in such way, the points are lost/ expired & you don’t know.
Further, the way the customer service reps talk, it is pathetic...please redeem all your points at once & let us appeal to ICICI (by your replies to this or a new post) to dissociate from this & appoint another reward system.
