Payback offers Loyalty reward programmes on shopping or spending with its partners. Reward points are added to your payback account as offered and you can reedem it for shopping or recharge or paying bills with its partners.
A nice concept in this age of digitalization but WHERE THE COMPANY FAILS IS AT ITS TECHNICAL SUPPORT, which is everything for an online site. I got a payback account alongwith my ICICI savings account and have considerable amount of points waiting for me in my Payback account, but I am unable to log in to my payback. So tell me seriously WHATS THE POINT ? It asks me to register whenever I attempt to login and when I try to register, it says we have already met, i.e you are registered already. I am stuck very badly in this cycle of login and registeration without which I cant access my payback account.
I even tried forgot pin option which says you need an associated email account for which I have to register, which I already said I am not able to as it says I am already registered.
This is not the way Payback can possibly run their services in this highly competitive market like India. Payback needs to gain customers trust first ! I am very dissatisfied with the services
