I have order one kitchenware product. After 10 days I received call instead of product - "Your address has no landmark so Blue Dart returned the product"- but in actual my address at very famous place and I also told them why they dont call me if they dont get address, I have requested them to resend product.
After 20 days- I have received call- "you have different address than your profile address so they didnt deliver the product" I have told them to deliver on my profile address but after 25 days again received call - that "they dont have product in stock - so they reverted my points."
Worst experience!
