I redeemed 3600 points at Big bazaar after receiving an SMS that we can redeem points till 9th Nov. 2012 and we will be given back 20% of points after following up for numerous times they have never credited back the points and on call they say such offer never existed. When write mails they never reply.
It’s a bloody fraud company and don’t fall for their cheap sms.
