After Accumalating some points , I requested for a 100 rs Email Voucher for a Partner Website on 23th August, I though it would be a instant email(as other website follows) with the voucher code, but came to know that this will take 10 working days(15 days approx) to get the voucher in Email(This is a Shame to E-commerce), So hopefully Waited untill 2nd September to know from there CC that it is still under process.
Finally on 5th September got a message that Voucher has been delivered to to Email on 28th August(How come on 28th August god knows)untill 3rd the order status was’processing’, Anyway I happily went to the Inbox to look for the Voucher, Didnt find any, called the CC, to my suprise, they raised a ticket with another TAT of 10 working day.
Its a Nightmare getting a simple Evoucher, which many of the other website provide in seconds, There a lack of Customer support and technology which they have to seriously look in.
