Payback is a simple fraud loyalty points program. Not even a single time my points got credited automatically since I got the card 2yrs back.
After every transaction, You have to contact them via email % 26 then after ignoring your request couple of times they respond % 26 ask for each and every transaction slips ( which have the tendency to disappear after a month due printed on thermal paper) .
I have lost many transactions points as few were more than 60days and also after accepting their fault % 26 apologizing, they never credited my points.
