Earlier I used to get 1 reward point= 1 Rupee from ICICI Bank Credit Card. Now since they transferred my points from ICICI Bank the point is valued at 20 paise per reward point. I lost so much money indirectly through Payback.
Now coming back to my recent order. I ordered plastic spice container(Lock & Seal) for 2000 reward points. When I received the container it looked like a good quality stuff. But it doesn’t work. None of the 4 Locks are working. No seal.
Wasted my money and reward points. What Payback does is they pick up all the defective stuff which is REJECTED by the company or didn’t pass through QUALITY CONTROL. They sell those stuff to us for highest possible price. No value for those product. TOTAL SCAM. Do not order anything from Payback. Change your ICICI Bank credit card to something else who offers cash back adjustment directly on the credit card bill.
They’re FOOLING Indian people. They think all of us are fools and they can sell all the crap. My Spice Box is just a useless box which I trashed last week when I threw my garbage.
