As far as my memory goes, I am using the payback (earlier imint) since 2005-06. at that time the program seems to be really rewarding as without paying anything we are keep on getting the points.
Now a days they have modified a lot in the rewarding system especially for online transactions where I personally never got any regular points automatically so lets not expect the Bonus points. and they have adopted a typical customer care, where you cannot ask about the points before 60 days and even if you will ask after 60days and before 90days of purchase, they will start from Ground Zero about the process of purchase, date, copy of invoice etc etc.
For instance I made two purchases at Flipkart.com on 24th October and 7th November but till the time I have never got the points and upon raising the query I got the answer that if your have followed the steps after entering the Payback card number then you will get the points along with the bonus points and IF NOT then contact us after 60 days.
In this high speed life who is going to remember all the dates and facts for follow up with them. Personally speaking I am not going to use further this card for any such online transactions as I feel its a completely waste of Time.
