Call customer care and request , you want your money back from giftmate certificate you purchased. You do not get your money back. And they are not very good conversations either. (You can guess why when you are losing your money and customer care people got no sympathy on these matters.)
Terms and conditions state that the money will not be returned. I am not legal expert but I wonder how this is possible? And how many people read terms and conditions before they are going to do something interesting they think and different?
Would you like to lose 5000/- because that money is not used by you on time or you could not remember to use all of it on time?
