Paypal is used to make payaments and to receive payaments.
Iam using this from more than 2 years. I use it so frequently because I didn’t get any problem from 2 years.
But recently I made a payament of $150, that payament is successfully and no problem with it but after 1 day I got a notification that payament of $150 is successful.
I thought that I got this notification for payament made one day back. Then I thought that y paypal is showing notifications so late?
But when I open my PayPal and checked my balance then I was shocked to see that $150 is deducted twice. But I didn’t do any transaction that day.
Then I contacted PayPal support then they said that first transaction is failed so it retired payament again and it is successful 2nd time.
But thats not the case, amount deducted from my account twice, when I said same to them I get a reply saying that ill get refund within 24 hours but its already 8 days and still iam trying to get my money back.
Iam not against PayPal. It worked well for 2 years for me but I don’t know what happened this time. I wish my problem will be solved so soon.
So guys please be careful when you are using PayPal. If you can use a separate bank account for PayPal and never keep excess money in that account.
I think this may solve many problems. Iam also doing same thing.
