I have to seriously try to stop using PayPal they seem to be condoning embezzlement activity on their site. Purchase a product from a company and up to now I can’t receive it. Something which should have reached. Me via email by now. I contacted PayPal and to date they have done nothing. Telling me about 4 week and 8 weeks investigation when they swiped my 20US with in hours of approving the purchase online. Anyone know where I can report this suspicious activities.Does the IRS investigate these things?
