I work online so I have to use paypal to transfer money in my bank account.
I am sharing my one experience here.
Few years ago I had a Paypal account which I created and I linked my bank account to it.
I have an account in state bank of India so I linked it to pay pal that time. Beacause of some personal problem I couldn’t operate that paypal account that time and I had to also delete my gmail account .
In this few year I also forget my paypal password. Now this year I again try to do online jobs for that I need a paypal account so I create another new account in paypal. I fill up every required documents and when I have to attach my bank account to it I get to know that It is attached to another account( may be which was my previous account) so it cant be attached to previous one.
SO I CALLED PAYPAL HELPLINE NUMBER which is 1-800-419-9833. In this number I talked to the representative. There was so much noise that I could not here her voice clearly and after that I tell my problem and they said they cant help me if the bank account was linked to any other paypal account(because I cant remember the account password, id, gmail). I said them that I dont want to handle that previous account just allow me to attach my bank account to this newly created paypal account they said that it is not possible to attach a bank account which is previously attach to any other account.
So I have to create a new bank account to use paypal service .
So I am telling you guys please keep you paypal id, password very care fully otherwise you have to face problem.
