Friends I am free lancer and I work for my USA client and I trusted payapl for receiving the payments. I had about 2500$ in my paypal account and on 19th june I had withdrawn the amount to my bank account(canarabank) in web site its said 5-7 business day the money will get transfered. I check my bank account after a week and there was no money received by paypal. and put a inquiry the paypal people promptly replayed sorry for the delay and also told the money has been sent to my bank account and they haven’t received confirmation from the bank. I went back to my bank and again inquired the bank people said there is no fund transfer received from.
then paypal asked me to FAX my bank statement which I did, now there are completely silent not even replay my mail, if I call there tel no. it take a 30 -40 min to get a person on line and they say they don’t provide support on fund transfer matters. now I don’t know what to do, I worked day and night in project and money looted by paypal.
also please advice can I take any legal action on paypal.?
