I have recently installed Paytm into my shop with the worst machine called sound box. on the next day itself I got an issue with that box I have raised this issue to the installed person but he is not interested in query handling he is having only interest in installing machine. zero customer service from Paytm executives.
I have tried to reach that guy many times but there is no response from him. finally with the frustration I leave this issue and managed with that same device now one month got completed I have checked my settlement status with my account statement and I have found some discrepancies in payment settlement. I have raised this query to customer care team they asked me to send account statement through mail for that they were asked my mail ids I have shared 2 different id’s but not yet received any mail from their side. then they were asked me to share the statement through WhatsApp I was done the same but Now they are telling that your statement is not yet received we will call back you within 48hrs.
I don’t know what kind of service is this. worst company I have ever seen. business people don’t use Paytm they are cheating and they are 00000% in customer service don’t believe them.
