I am using paytm from quite a while but then I came to know about paytm mall when I saw a few of offers over there and since then I am using paytm mall app and here is my detailed review of using this site for such a long time.
Since last year I have ordered 50 to 60 times from paytm mall app and every time I am satisfied with its service.
APP USER INTERFACE :
this app like any other big shopping site app has a great Ui all details are easily available over there all products are properly characterised in different sections.
So overall the Ui of this app is very good and simple.
LOADING TIME:
the loading time of This app depends on Internet connection and with a proper 3g or 4g connection or any good WiFi connectivity the app loads very fast.
PRODUCTS VARIETY:
paytm mall offers a very wide variety of products like food, clothing, electronics , lighting and gift items.
OFFERS :
Now the main part or main benefit of paytm is the offer that it provides it provides offer in the form of cashback on purchase of good. Initially the product seems a little bit high priced but after applying cashback code the product prices reduces a lot and product become quite cheap as compared to other sites. And paytm mall app is famous for its exciting cashback offers.
DELIVERY:
Delivery time is normal and it takes around 2-7 days for a product to get delivered depending upon the location from which it has been ordered, but their is no express delivery service as provided by other shopping sites.
Now a few things which I don’t like about paytm mall app.
Firstly the prices of product vary a lot within a day the price of same product fluctuates 3 to 4 times specially during sale time.
Secondly their is no express delivery provided by paytm
Thirdly, although I haven’t received any damaged product till date but from last three four times the packaging of product is quite bad.
Lastly, the stock of their products fluctuates a lot specially for daily need goods.
FINAL VERDICT:
So overall except a few negative points the service of this app or site is very good and therefore I would advice everyone to try It once.
