PAYTM . earlier it was just a wallet application but now it became a large payments bank .
I use paytm alot since 2 years . But I’m recently 18years old and still not completed KYC for paytm . Tried two times but it shown Kyc error .! Not only mine others too. I dont know why this was happened but made me disappointed , this is the reason why I was writing a review now .
It was good that paytm is very usefull and now it was became a payments bank. when I asked the person who makes kyc he said that I think kyc is not done only this time but may done after somedays I don’t know really .
My suggestion to paytm is that there should not be any restrictions of under 18 years age . because there are many students who are educated completed 10th class but they are not 18 years old . for those , they can not use tis paytm app and payments bank completely.
