First of all I would like to say that this bank is similar to other banks like SBI, hdfc and all. This Bank has facilities like fixed deposit, automatic deposit regular interval of time when you set it to do so. This bank has debit card services too one is digital debit card and other is physical debit card. But on ordering Physical debit card you have to pay 150 rupees for card monthly.
That is very bad but digital card is free of cost. And it works like other banks. A savings account has a base limit of 2 lac rupees of transaction over upi or debit.
In Zero balance no penalty charges are deducted that is the best thing. Earlier i was not able to pay my semester fee which was above 5000 from cbi debit card but now i can pay above 5000 ??. The limitation was due to my Student savings account of cbi.
