I do such recharges for my brother’s tata docomo sim and I got that it was transaction pending and my balace was deducted and I reopted that issue to then they replied me that they we developing the paytm transction for pre-paid mobile recharges.and I didnt got my rechrage money which was failed.after 2 days I got back my money and they said me the recharging for tata docomo problmlem was solved agiain I recharged it again says recharge pemding and my balance deucted I called paytm customer care service yhey said me some instructions to follow I followed that and I didnt got money back. Sometimes this guts fell wrong so dont make big transacrions through bank->paytm
