Firstly I would like to say they have a horrible customers service when u select the banking option no one ever picks up the phone all is I can hear music from the ivr secondly if we accidentally end up in wrong ivr after listening to all our problem, they promised to do a warm transfer again ended up in ivr. Which is very much insulting for me
Secondly half the time pass book is not available or under maintained, it’s sometimes very difficult to keep a record of the transactions
Cheque Book facility yet to be available , no idea when it will be available
Look and feel is good app is user friendly
However the Paytym payment bank is not recommend to anyone
