Paytm has worst customer service i have ever seen.

I am a regular customer of paytm. I shop online only. I had an incident with paytm.


I ordered a phone oppo f1s from paytm. It was a prepaid order. first of all it took a lot of time to get delivered when I got it there was nothing in the box. It was empty. It took me 4 hours to get in touch with their customer service team as they have only call back feature we can not connect to them. They asked me for a lot of documents. It took 3 days to finish all formalities because their customer care team is too slow to reply back on email. After that it took 4 more days for the resolution and in resolution I got an email that they have shipped right product as they have x ray copy for that so they can not provide me any phone or refund of my money which I paid to them. And it’s been a month I am asking them for the copy of that x ray at least so that I can fight with courier company for the same. They are not providing that even. I have full doun\bt they have not shipped correct product5.


Conclusion I want to tell everyone is beaware of paytm. they will give you cash back but you have to pay 4 times more than that cash back. my 16000rs. are stuck with them
